ExoAtlet Parent Cosmo Robotics Completes IPO and Begins Trading on KOSDAQ

ExoAtlet Global SA Holding Company Cosmo Robotics, Completes IPO on KOSDAQ

ExoAtlet Global S.A. has announced that its holding company, Cosmo Robotics Co., Ltd., completed its initial public offering and began trading on South Korea’s KOSDAQ market on May 11, 2026. The company is listed under stock code 439960, with KRX/KIND disclosure records identifying the common shares as A439960 and the new listing base price as 6,000 KRW.

According to the ExoAtlet press release, Cosmo Robotics’ public offering attracted strong investor interest, with an IPO offering/base price of 6,000 KRW per share (approximately US$4.00) and the price rising to approximately 32,000 KRW (roughly US$21) as of May 12, 2026. The company states that IPO proceeds are expected to support global expansion, research and development, product development, and certification-related work. As of May 13, 2026, Korean market data showed Cosmo Robotics trading around 40,550 KRW, or a little over US$27, although share prices and exchange rates can change quickly after an IPO.

The listing adds another exoskeleton and wearable robotics company to the public markets. Cosmo Robotics’ product portfolio primarily includes rehabilitation and assistive robotics technologies for pediatric, adolescent, and adult applications. The company also has some occupational exoskeletons (with more shown at CES 2026) intended to improve efficiency and safety for workers in physically demanding environments.

“This gives us new strength to keep moving forward and to continue bringing advanced exoskeleton technologies to patients, clinicians, and rehabilitation centers around the world,” said Kate Bereziy, CEO of ExoAtlet Global S.A., in the announcement.

Cosmo Robotics and the ExoAtlet lineage

Exoskeleton Report has followed the ExoAtlet lineage for years. At the time of writing, ExR maintains separate directory entries for ExoAtlet and Cosmo Robotics Co., Ltd. The ExoAtlet directory entry describes ExoAtlet as an international exoskeleton company focused on powered exoskeletons for walking assistance and physical rehabilitation, while the Cosmo Robotics entry describes Cosmo Robotics as a Korea-based wearable robotics developer focused on lower-extremity medical exoskeletons, walking assistance, and industrial back-support systems.

ExoAtlet Global S.A. states in the release that it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmo Robotics, has operated in Luxembourg since 2018, and continues to focus on medical rehabilitation projects with scientific partners and practitioners such as physiotherapists. The release describes Cosmo Robotics as Korea-based, with offices in Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo, the United States, and Luxembourg, with manufacturing in Seoul, South Korea.

Prior Exoskeleton Report coverage

Earlier ExR coverage provides useful context for the company’s development. In 2015, ExR covered ExoAtlet as a young Skolkovo-linked exoskeleton company seeking funding and international expansion opportunities. In 2016, ExR highlighted a Robots Podcast interview with Ekaterina Bereziy, then described as CEO and co-founder of ExoAtlet, focused on gait rehabilitation using powered hip-knee exoskeletons.

In 2020, ExR listed an ExoAtlet educational webinar on the use of medical exoskeletons, based on the ExoAtlet II lower-body-powered gait rehabilitation device. In 2021, ExR covered ExoAtlet’s CE marking journey, reporting that the Luxembourg-based medical technology company had obtained CE marking for its exoskeletons after two years of testing and audits.

Current ExoAtlet and Cosmo Robotics devices in the ExR catalog

The Exoskeleton Report product tag archive currently shows four ExoAtlet-branded catalog entries: Bambini, Bambini Mini, ExoAtlant, and ExoAtlet II, while ExR lists more products under Cosmo Robotics. Cosmo Robotics’ own English product pages list an even broader current portfolio, including Bambini Kids, Bambini Teens, EA2 PRO, EAM, COSuit, EA Personal, and the industrial COSaver Back.

Editor’s note on company structure: Exoskeleton Report maintains separate Exoskeleton Directory entries for ExoAtlet and Cosmo Robotics because the two names continue to appear as distinct public-facing entities with separate official websites and leadership. ExoAtlet’s website identifies Kate Bereziy as CEO and founder of ExoAtlet, while Cosmo Robotics’ website lists Cosmo Robotics Co., Ltd. under CEO Oh Joo Young. However, ExoAtlet Global S.A.’s May 12, 2026, press release describes Cosmo Robotics as ExoAtlet Global’s holding company and states that ExoAtlet Global is wholly owned by Cosmo Robotics.

Readers following the financial side should consult live market and exchange sources, as share prices and exchange rates can change quickly after an IPO.
