The initiative focuses on secondary and tertiary occupational safety and health prevention, showing how modern industrial exoskeletons, assistive devices, and digital ergonomics tools can support people returning to work after injury, disability, or physical limitation. The format brings together Fraunhofer IPA, REHACARE, WearRA, Verena Kopp, Urban Daub, and partners from the German State Inclusion Offices to demonstrate practical return-to-work use cases and technical assistance solutions.
