ExoAtlet, or Exoskeleton Athlete, is an international company with roots as a Skolkovo startup. Over the years, it has done well to solidify its business identity and establish a foothold in the wearable robotics gait rehabilitation market, producing recovery devices – wearable exoskeletons for children and adults, and assistive robotic tools for industry workers and elderly people. ExoAtlet pushes the envelope in rehabilitation robotics and is actively researching software control (smart crutches, virtual reality integration, direct neural control) while improving its hardware.
ExoAtlet and Cosmo Robotics share a closely connected product and company history. Cosmo Robotics originated from the ExoAtlet Asia / ExoAtlet product lineage and, according to ExoAtlet Global S.A.’s May 12, 2026, press release, Cosmo Robotics Co., Ltd. is now the holding company of ExoAtlet Global S.A. The same press release states that ExoAtlet Global S.A. is wholly owned by Cosmo Robotics.
The Exoskeleton Report maintains separate entries for ExoAtlet and Cosmo Robotics because both names remain in active public use, each with its own official website, leadership information, and distinct regional/corporate identities. See also: Cosmo Robotics Co., Ltd.
