Cosmo Robotics Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based wearable robotics company that develops and distributes medical exoskeletons for lower-extremity gait rehabilitation, walking-assistance devices, and industrial wearable suits.
The company was established in 2016 as ExoAtlet Asia and changed its company name to Cosmo Robotics Co., Ltd. in 2024, according to its official company history. While sharing a corporate lineage with ExoAtlet / ExoAtlet Asia. In May 2026, ExoAtlet Global S.A. announced that Cosmo Robotics was its holding company and that ExoAtlet Global S.A. was wholly owned by Cosmo Robotics.
