The Korean-language product page also describes it as supporting hemiplegic rehabilitation exercise in addition to everyday walking assistance.

The product emphasizes straightforward fitting and everyday usability. Cosmo describes a lumbar or waist-belt style for easier wear, Velcro thigh cuffs sized to the user’s legs, motion sensing with motor-resistance detection, and adjustable walking-assistance levels.
