Titan Arms PUCE4-Upper Limb Power Exoskeleton is a passive shoulder support exo (even though it has “power” in its name) for work and industry. It is made by Hyetone, an occupational and manufacturing support company with many exoskeletons in its portfolio.

Description

Titan Arms PUCE4 is a passive upper-limb carrier exosuit designed to assist with repetitive tasks from chest to overhead. The design also attempts to offload the weight of tools from the arms directly into the buttocks and reduce muscle tension in the shoulders by up to 70%.

  • Weight range: 40-80 kg (88 lb to 176 lb)

EXOSKELETON FOR ELECTRICIAN TITAN ARM INSULATED VERSION / PUCE6 – Intended for workers with arms lifted overhead for prolonged periods in high-voltage environments; specs list insulated materials, device weight greater than 2.5 kg (5.5 lb), user height 1.6–1.85 m (5 ft 3 in–6 ft 1 in), don/doff time under 30 s, single-arm support of 5 kg (11 lb), and service life over 300,000 cycles.
