PolySpine going to Dubai Nov 2022

This company claims that:

1. Their back brace is an exoskeleton: https://polyspine.com
2. It can be used for cerebral palsy
3. They are going to Dubai to get more funding later in the month: http://tradearabia.com/news/HEAL_402520.html

I don’t know what to do with this, as I don’t understand how a back brace can help with cerebral palsy or really much of anything.
