Assist Suit Association Summit in Fukuoka

The Japanese Assist Suit Association has announced its fourth public event to raise awareness of occupational exoskeletons and similar products and reinforce the formation of an emerging market. The exo “experience” will be held at the Hakata International Exhibition Center & Conference Center, located at 305 2-22-15, Toko, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture 812-0008, on:

• May 30, 2024 (Thursday) 13:00 to 17:00
• May 31, 2024 (Friday) 10:00-16:00

Entrance will be free, and visitors will not require advanced registration. The venue is accessible to people with disabilities.

There was a real impact in demonstrating occupational exoskeletons as a product family at the 2023 ExoPark held at A+A. Over one dozen exoskeleton producers reached critical mass in a single united showroom area. The Assist Suit Association Summit in Fukuoka will likely capture some of that same magic and introduce wearable assistive technology. After all, the best way to understand an exosuit is to wear one for yourself.
