BESK

The BESK passive exoskeleton comes in two variants: BESK G to support overhead working activities and BESK B to support horizontal and over table displacements.

Both variants are designed by Cyber Human Systems, a spin-off of GOGOA Mobility Robots.

Description

The BESK G exoskeleton is designed to help with the completion of heavy-duty and repetitive tasks by providing support to the user’s forearms, making it easier to hold up the arms and objects in an elevated position.

The BESK B exoskeleton is designed to provide “support to the operator’s arms helping to maintain proper postures and lighten loads when repetitive tasks are performed with arms in horizontal positions.”

Both wearable devices reportedly weigh 3kg and can support 3 to 12kg.
