Description

Ruyi is an ankle-focused rehabilitation and assistive walking device developed by EULON for users with ankle movement dysfunction, including foot drop and foot inversion. During walking, the system uses a gait recognition algorithm to identify the appropriate timing for ankle dorsiflexion assistance, supporting more functional gait training.

The device is positioned for intelligent rehabilitation and includes personalization, accurate gait prediction, lightweight construction, and training-process visualization feedback. EULON also describes Ruyi as part of its flexible exoskeleton series, and a 2024 EULON news item states that Ruyi and Firefly received an NMPA Class II Medical Device Registration Certificate.
