Description
The HPXO is EXHAUSS’s current [2026] mechanical exoskeleton offering, derived from the company’s earlier camera-stabilizer and industrial tool-support systems. It is an industrial/occupational, passive upper-body device with a harness and a single tool-support arm; EXHAUSS describes the arm as compensating for tool weight so the tool can be positioned more easily in front of the user, while the harness distributes load between the pelvis and upper shoulder-blade area.
The long, spring-tensioned arms of the Exhauss help support the user’s arms. Â The weight is transferred to a harness. Â This setup is designed to reduce fatigue and the risk of injury while working. The Exhauss can be used as a Steadicam, but it can be much more than that. Â It has been utilized in various work environments as an industrial exoskeleton.
The 2025 version is marketed for professional landscapers and similar users working with electric or combustion-powered tools such as hedge trimmers and pole-mounted tools. The company notes a revised nitrogen-strut suspension, dorso-front/integral harness architecture, simplified one-buckle harnessing, broad adjustability, and color options; the current shop listing includes the HPXO-2025 exoskeleton, tripod, padded transport bag, rolling interface, and strap interface.
