ANGEL X

Angel X by Angel Robotics is a non-powered, FDA-registered Class I wearable suit designed to reduce fatigue and prevent lower back injuries during physically demanding work. It has an easily adjustable assistive force and is optimized for ergonomic freedom of motion for tailored protection in labor-intensive environments.

Description

Angel X is a passive exosuit engineered to prevent lower back injuries and reduce work-related fatigue during heavy lifting and forward-bending tasks. It replaces the Angel X L20. The Angel X utilizes elastomer-based springs to assist and does not require electricity or charging. It is envisioned for prolonged daily use in logistics, warehousing, construction, and healthcare support roles.

Angel X is built to reduce the load on the lumbar and thigh muscles, cutting muscle activity by up to 30% and energy consumption by over 15% when handling repetitive tasks like carrying 10kg items. It offers powerful assistive torque of up to 40Nm while remaining lightweight and compact. Workers can suit up (don) in under 30 seconds, and the wearable components are detachable and washable. Multiple assistance modes are available to match different work postures and intensities.
