Bioservo is trying something different, an AI voice-generated short-form podcast to highlight what the Carbon hand is, what the clinical evidence is, and who can benefit from it the most.

Hyundai Motor Company Robotics Lab X-ble MEX (Medical Exoskeleton) received Class III medical device approval from the MFDS (Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety) in November…This certification marks official recognition of the device’s safety and efficacy as an advanced medical robot, enabling its use not only for patients with paralysis but also for those unable to walk independently due to conditions such as stroke or disabilities, enabling gait correction and rehabilitation.

From a technical perspective, X-ble MEX has been validated as a robotic automation system and approved as a digital medical device incorporating intelligent robotics technology. This milestone is expected to significantly expand its application in clinical environments, paving the way for broader utilization in medical rehabilitation.

HYPERSHELL MS USER UPDATE OCTOBER 2025

The closest thing I have seen to long-term field data for any powered consumer exoskeleton for walking/hiking. The video is an update for a person with MS who has trouble walking and is always in pain. The Hypershell Pro motivates him to get off the couch and move. The device appears to have been in use for half a year (based on the video history). The authors of the video do an excellent job of stressing that this is not a medical device and that this is simply the experience of one person.
