Sarah Ballini-Ross is a public health and safety innovator with 15+ years of experience helping organizations translate emerging workplace technologies into real-world injury prevention. As Co-Founder of Evolving Innovation Partners, LLC, she has supported startups, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies with programs involving exoskeletons, VR, wearables, and SaaS-based safety solutions, blending human-centered design with practical ergonomics implementation.
Previously, Sarah served at SAIF Corporation as a Safety Advancement and Innovation Project Coordinator, leading initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of new safety technologies through change management, design thinking, quality improvement, and process design. She’s known for strong relationship-building and engaging presentations, holds a public health degree from Oregon State University (health promotion & human behavior), and brings a grounded, people-first approach shaped by her first-generation farmer roots—focused on improving safety, health, and performance at work.
