ExoMed develops and manufactures human-machine systems and exoskeletons in Kursk, Russia. Its current public-facing product portfolio is centered on industrial and special-purpose applications, positioned between simpler passive systems and more complex electromechanical exoskeleton technologies.
Originally, it started as a medical exo producer. Taken directly from the company's old website, "LLC ExoMED is a Russian research and production company, established in Kursk for commercialization of scientific results from the robotics laboratory of Southwest State University." The company had a medical powered exoskeleton for walking assist (ExoLite) and a classical tool holding with spring arm product (ExoHeaver), both of which have been retired from the ExR device catalog.
