DESCRIPTION:CIOSH 2026 (China International Occupational Safety & Health Goods Expo) returns to Shanghai\, China on 7–9 April 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). \nThis year’s show is expected to feature a dedicated exoskeleton technology / “EXO Park” prototype area\, modeled after the ExoPark at A+A Düsseldorf\, making it an important event for occupational exoskeletons and wearable robotics. \nExR note: The Fraunhofer IPA team will send two representatives to attend\, with a specific focus on exoskeletons (as they did for the Japanese event last year)\, as part of a collaborative effort with A+A\, which is broadening its geographical footprint: \n \nImage source: https://www.ciosh.com/en \nLocation: Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC)\, Shanghai\, China \nDates: 7–9 April 2026 \nEvent site: CIOSH (Shanghai/China) – ciosh.com \nThe event is expected to draw over 1\,500 exhibitors (with an audience of 40\,000 professionals) showcasing personal protective equipment and adjacent technologies for workers. The Exo Park will be located in Hall 5\, which coincidentally is the same hall number as the German version. SUMMARY:REHACARE 2023
DESCRIPTION:REHACARE is not a dedicated conference for exoskeleton technology; however\, it has been featuring more and more wearables in the past. Some exoskeleton organizations\, like ASTM International’s Committee F48 on Exoskeletons and Exosuits\, already consider REHACARE as an “exoskeleton event.” Videos of REHACARE 2022 show not only a multitude of medical exoskeletons but also some industrial/occupational devices as well (which may be been repurposed for physical rehabilitation). \nREHACARE International is billed as one of the world’s largest (if not the largest) trade fairs for physical rehabilitation\, inclusion\, and care.
