The Wearable Robotics Association will hold WearRAcon Europe, November 19-20, 2019 in collaboration with WearRAcon, Fraunhoffer IPA, and University of Stuttgart.
WearRAcon Europe is a regional event that will enable the European community to participate, exchange ideas, and collaborate in this growing wearable robotics field. The conference will offer new insights into the promising world of exoskeleton systems from various perspectives. Attendees will hear from renowned exoskeleton pioneers like Thomas Sugar, ASU and Robert Riener, ETH Zurich combined with relevant user opinions from Daimler and public relevant experts from the German Federal Institute for Occupational Health and Safety (Baua).
Expect two days of discussions on systems; end user experiences (both medical and industrial); latest research; work insurance perspectives; along with physical hands-on testing in the Future Work Lab. There will be exhibition space for systems and components, lab tours, a poster session, and a conference publication. There will also be opportunities to personally experience and try on exoskeletons.
WearRAcon Europe will take place in addition to WearRAcon20 (March 30-April 1, 2020) in Phoenix, Arizona. WearRAcon20 is an annual event that will mark its 5th anniversary and is the premier global event to bring together partners and more than 300 attendees together from all regions such as Europe, Asia, South, and North America.
